Born from the love of a dog who changed my life, Yogie’s Mission exists to make sure no one feels alone or forced to choose between care and cost when their pet needs help most.
We are turning love and loss into hope, using stories inspired by Yogie’s heart to bring comfort, connection, and support to families and pets in crisis.
About Yogie’s Mission
Yogie’s Mission was born from love, loss, and a promise.
When my dog Yogie, my loyal companion for twelve beautiful years, became sick, I was faced with choices no pet parent should ever have to make. I’ll never forget sitting in the pet hospital, being told I needed thousands of dollars upfront just to keep him there. It broke me emotionally, not only for myself, but for every person who’s ever had to choose between financial limits and unconditional love.
Yogie’s Mission is my way of turning that pain into purpose. It’s a movement built to help families in crisis find compassion, resources, and hope when their pets need them most.
Through storytelling, community giving, and children’s books inspired by Yogie’s life, we’re keeping his light alive by helping others the way I wish someone could have helped us.
